What do I need to bring to class?
We supply much of the equipment you'll need, and we have a few extra mats available if you don’t have your own. But if you do, please bring it along!
Here’s what to bring:
Yoga mat
Water bottle
Comfortable clothing that you can move in
Grip socks (optional, but recommended for stability).
How long are the classes?
The classes are 45 minutes.
What if I’m not flexible or strong?
That’s exactly why you come! Pilates helps build flexibility, strength, and control over time. You don’t need to be “fit” to start, just willing to move.
Do I need experience?
Nope!
Classes are beginner-friendly with options to modify.
Just let us know if you're new or if you have any injuries.
